These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of Tidy ("the App"), a macOS software utility operated by Comercializadora Shaka SpA ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Chile. By purchasing or using Tidy, you agree to these Terms.
Tidy is macOS software that automates tidying tasks on your Mac (archiving screenshots, ejecting .dmg installers and organizing your Downloads folder). The App runs locally on your computer.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and will appear on your statement. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tidy on your Mac computers. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or sublicense the App.
Tidy is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work safely (it includes a reversible "safe mode"), but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy and its developer shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the App. We recommend keeping backups of your data.
