We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 14 days of your purchase Tidy doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund you 100% — no complicated questions.

How to request a refund

Email us at hola@tidymacapp.com from the address you used to purchase. Since payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), the refund is handled through Paddle and credited to your original payment method.
